How do I maintain my watch?
An automatic watch requires care and regularity to maintain its accuracy.
Every 2 to 3 years , it is recommended to have it checked with a chronocomparator in order to check its accuracy, its amplitude and anticipate, if necessary, a revision.
A leak test should be carried out at the same frequency: over time, the seals can lose effectiveness, especially in the case of intensive use.
After 5 years , a complete overhaul is recommended. This includes cleaning the movement, replacing oils and wear parts, changing seals, and fine-tuning.
Once the warranty has expired , maintenance can be entrusted to a qualified watchmaker .
Investing in a thorough overhaul prevents irreversible damage and significantly extends the life of your watch .
