  • Recover your NFT

    The COLLISION bracelet is associated with a digital asset (NFT). This can only be activated from the delivery of your bracelet using the key and the confirmation code provided in the shipping email of your package .
    Please note: for any order made before June 1, 2023, the NFT key is displayed at the bottom of your invoice. The confirmation code will be your order number also displayed on the invoice.

    1/ Scan the QR Code of the booklet present in your box to reach the page allowing the unlocking of the NFT. ATLAS: https://nfts.spacefox.shop/atlas

     2/ You will be asked for an NFT key. Enter the key present in the email confirming the shipment of your order.
    Please note: for any order made before June 1, 2023, the NFT key is at the bottom of your invoice.

    3/ Download the xPortal application and create your account. xPortal allows you to consult the certifications linked to your bracelet.

    4/ To finalize the transfer of the NFT to your xPortal account, enter the Confirmation Code present to the right of your NFT key in the email confirming the shipment of your order.

  • Know your wrist circumference

    To know your wrist circumference, simply use a tape measure and wrap it around your wrist and measure its circumference. If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string or ribbon and then tape it to a ruler. The tape should be stuck to your wrist. In general, the male wrist measures 15 to 19 cm and 14 to 18 cm for women.

  • Return or exchange procedure

    If the product was delivered in conformity but does not suit you, it can only be returned for reimbursement within 14 days.

    If there is an error in the products delivered to you or a quality defect, the return will be at our expense. We offer you a period of 30 days following receipt of the order to notify us of any defect present on a product and request an exchange or a refund (see article L.121-20 of the consumer code).

    Please note that returning a Collision on Cash item involves returning its associated digital asset (if it has been activated).
