  • What are Spacefox's delivery times?

    We do our best to ship your order quickly. If you order before 4:00 PM, your order will likely ship the same day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

    You will receive a Colissimo tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.


    The delivery time is on average 3 working days after the order is placed in the European Union, and 7 working days for shipments outside the European Union.

    These times may vary during busy periods.

  • Information on shipping costs.

    At spacefox.shop, we offer free delivery in mainland France for any order over €50.

    Is your delivery address outside mainland France? Your delivery costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of your package. The delivery amount will be indicated to you during the payment stage of your order.

  • Information on customs fees.

    Any package whose destination is not in the European free trade zone (including the French overseas departments) may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties in the country of delivery. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    These costs are made up of VAT which will represent approximately 20% of the total price of your order, to which will potentially be added the carrier's administration fees (around ten euros).

    These fees do not apply systematically and we have no way of anticipating whether they will be applied or not. In the majority of cases, our customers do not pay additional fees but we cannot guarantee that you will be exempt from them.

    This is an initiative of the customs services that is not our will. These amounts are dictated by the rules of international trade and do not go to Spacefox but to the State of the country of delivery.
