How are Spacefox products warranted?
Spacefox products are subject to legal guarantees of conformity. In the event of a defect or a conformity issue not related to normal wear and tear, you may contact Spacefox for a period of 24 months. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@spacefox.shop and provide your order number. We will work together to resolve your issue.

Can I pay in installments?
For any order over €50 on spacefox.shop, you can choose to pay in installments. With our Alma and PayPal payment options, you can pay for your order in 2, 3, or 4 installments and up to 10 installments.
To take advantage of this, you must have an account with one of these payment providers and have linked a verified bank account or a valid debit card for the duration of the repayments to be made.
What are the delivery times for Spacefox?
We do our utmost to ship your order quickly. If you place your order before 4:00 PM, it will likely be shipped the same day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a Colissimo tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
The average delivery time is 3 working days after the order date within the European Union, and 7 working days for shipments outside the European Union.

Can I make a return?
At Spacefox, we do not offer direct exchanges for your product. If you wish to order a different model or simply return your product, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@spacefox.shop so that we can provide you with a return label. To do this, we will ask you to provide us with your order number as well as your postal address.
Please note: only jewelry received in perfect condition and in its intact original packaging will be eligible for a return.
How do I care for my bracelet?
To preserve your bracelet, we recommend storing it in a dry place, away from humidity. In general, avoid contact with water. Meteorite stones can be sensitive to humidity or products such as salt, chlorine, or hygiene products.
To clean your bracelet, use a soft, dry cloth or a chamois cloth specialized for jewelry care.
How do I change the strap of my bracelet?
Changing your Spacefox watch strap is simple. With our attachment system, all you need to do is slide the strap out of the spring bar—no tools required!

My bracelet is tarnishing, what should I do?
Is your stone oxidizing? This can happen with repeated contact with moisture. First, you can try to remove the oxidation by using a soft-bristled brush and gently scrubbing your stone.
