Spacefox products are subject to legal guarantees of conformity. In the event of a defect or a conformity issue not related to normal wear and tear from use, you may contact Spacefox for a period of 24 months. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@spacefox.shop by providing your order number. We will work with you to resolve your problem.

For any order over €50 on spacefox.shop, you can opt for installment payments. With our Alma and PayPal payment options, pay for your order in 2, 3, or 4 installments, and up to 10 times.

To take advantage of this, you must have an account with one of these payment providers and have linked a verified bank account or a debit card valid for the duration of the repayments to be made.

We do our utmost to ship your order quickly. If you place your order before 4:00 PM, it will likely be shipped the same day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a Colissimo tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

The average delivery time is 3 business days from the date the order is placed within the European Union, and 7 business days for shipments outside the European Union.

At Spacefox, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different model or simply return your product, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@spacefox.shop so that we may provide you with a return label. To do so, we will ask you to provide your order number and your postal address.

Please note: only jewelry received in perfect condition and in its intact original packaging will be eligible for a return.
