We do our utmost to ship your order quickly. If you order before 4:00 PM, your order will likely be shipped the same day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a Colissimo tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

The average delivery time is 3 working days after the date the order is placed within the European Union, and 7 working days for shipments outside the European Union.

Spacefox products are subject to legal warranties of conformity. In the event of a defect or a conformity issue not related to normal wear and tear, you may contact Spacefox for a period of 24 months. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@spacefox.shop and provide your order number. We will work together to resolve your issue.

Do you need more information about a product? We do our best to provide as much information as possible directly on our site. However, if you have questions that you cannot find the answer to on our site, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@spacefox.shop, on our social media, or via our site's chat. We will be happy to answer your requests.

At Spacefox, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to order a different model or simply return your product, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@spacefox.shop so that we can provide you with a return label. To do so, we will ask you to provide your order number as well as your postal address.

Please note: only products received in perfect condition and in their intact original packaging will be eligible for a return.
